stakeholders, not packaged programs
or a predetermined path. We get you started; you decide the next steps.
BEST facilitators work with your school’s stakeholders to bring collaboration, open communication, group problem solving, continuous assessment, action research, and a common language for improvement to your school community. The BEST process can happen at your school according to your schedule. We’ll come to you on in-service days, weekends, after school or during faculty or parent meetings.
Initial discussions take place between BEST facilitators, your local Association, your school administration and school improvement team. Your entire staff and stakeholder group--administrators, teachers, support personnel, parents, students, and community leaders will be involved before a commitment is made to enter into the process.
Once the majority of your stakeholders commits to the process,
BEST facilitators and your school can choose from
several different options,
and tailor the sequence
of implementation to fit your school’s unique needs.
